KING AND QUEEN ATTEND

RUGBY, July 25

Holiday crowds witnessed the ceremony of the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace this morning, and gave the King and Queen an enthusiastic send-off on their departure for Portsmouth.

Their Majesties joined the Royal yacht at Portsmouth to-day, and later they sailed for Cowes. They were received with a salute of 21 guns from th© guardehip l Rodney, and the yacht squadron dipped the ensigne as the Royal yacht passed.
