RECONCILIATION WITH SOVIET? (United Press Association—By Electric* 1 Telegraph—Copyright.) MARSEILLES, July 25. When the liner qn which he had travelled from Constantinople was ten mile off Marseilles, M. Trotsky, booking haggard, clambered; painfully into a launch, which then left for some unrevealed destination. His destination is believed to be ultimately a royal holiday resort in the mountains of Auvergne, France, where he is to meet M. Litvinoff (Soviet Foreign Minister) who is now undergoing a cure. The meeting foreshadows a reconciliation with Trotsky, and his return to Russia to participate in the building up of the Soviet. The permission for Trotsky to visit France was given with the approval of Sbvigt.
