It discloses that in the first six months of 1933, those. killed numbered 338 and injured 15,676, an increase of 73 and 1877 .respectively, compared With last year. Lord Trencharid- adds“ Pedestrians must recognise that rpads require tlio same care in crossing as the railway line. It cannot be necessary for three or four to .be killed daily.”
