INDECENT ASSAULT VERDICT

WELLINGTON, July 24,
A verdict of “not guilty” was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court to-day hr a case in which John Henry Dearniss, dental mechanic, aged 29. wag charged with indecently assaulting a girl aged 10 years at Carterton. The prisoner was discharged.
