The Ros s Club intimated that it was prepared to play the ffunner-up in the G-reymouth -competition if the match could be arranged at Hokitika.—lt was decided to forward the challenge to the West Coast Union. J It- was decided to ask the West CoastV Union to -play the return Dittman Shield match at Hokitika next Saturday to enable the selectors to choose the best possible team to p'lay Golden Bay for the -Seddon Shield. Matches for Saturday -were tentatively arranged as follow ;—Seniors-e—Excelsiof v. Kiwi, Oass Square, 3 p.m. (F. Carter) > Pirates v. Ross, 3, at Ross (J, McCleary). Juniors—-Kiwi v. Koka* tahi, at Kokatahi (M. Wallace) • Ex« celsior v. Pirates, at -Rim-u (R. Collett) J Ross and School teams a bye.
