fljhe “Sporting Life” says that as the result of recent happenings, Britain may shortly find herself playing international rugby union matches only between England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. It i 6 useless for the socalled International Board remaining blind to the spirit of unrest existing everywhere in the Empire. New Zealand is sending representatives to South Africa ‘which is already .conferring with Australia in a final effort to make the International Board ■see reason in the Empire’s justifiable effortg to obtain representation on the Board on which unfortunately England is no longer the dominating power. When the Empire’s three greatest rugby countries meet they probably will decide to ostracise! the home unions, unless treated with ordinary courtesy and consideration,
