ONE PRISONER CHARGED

BLENHEIM, July 18

At the Supreme Court, Justice Ostler congratulated the district of its continued immunity from crime. The only criminal case was of three counts of -burglar}' and theft against Edward NOrmsn jOonnolly. Accused pleaded not guilty in the lower court but intimated this morning that he intended ‘to plead guilty. The grand jury returned a formal true -bill without leaving the box. The prisoner was remanded for sentence.
