The U.S. Agriculture Department es. timates the 1938 wheat production in twelve of the Northern Hemisphere countries -at about nineteen poi cent less than that of 1932. The United States leads the decline, while the rci ports from Canada and Emopn, excluding Russia, indicate a lowered predui tion.
