DOMINION EIDER’S PLUCK. Details have bee, n forwarded from England of the mishap which resulted in S. Moses, of , .Auckland, the New Zealand repseseretalive in the recent Isle of Man Tourist Trophy races, ‘taking part j, n the junior with an injured arm. The accident occurred during practice, on a morning when rain, sodden roads a net rolling banks of thick fog greeted the 41 competitors at daybreak. The conditions improved slightly from 'the second I a P, but were far from perfect for high speed. The New Zealand representative, who had shown splendid form, .crashed into railings at' Keppel Gate on the 'mountain section, while attempting to negotiate a corner about three miles from /thse finish and, received grazes on one arm. He rode; 1 to the grandstand, and after examination was sent' to hospital for dressing. In spite of the injury, Moses .finished well i» the Junior, gaining a replica, and a special award. In the Senior he retired ,jrt the first, lap with gh'ar trouble.
