NEW YORK, July 15

The oil tanker steamer, “Cities Service Petrol,’’ was burned and sank off Wilmington, on the coast of North Carolina, early this morning, taking with her Captain F. L. Sen's, who refused to leave the vessel, and two men, who were killed on beard.

Two other stiips, the tanker Gull Gem and Dm steamer Ttimountain rescue 1 thirty-four members of the crew. The former saved twentyfour and the latter ten.
