MELBOURNE, July 14
The Chief Judge (Mr Justice Delhridgc), announced to the Arbitration Court, “\vith regret,” that ho was forced to disallow the registration of Australia as an organisation-under the Commonwealth Conciliation and Arbitration'Act on technical grounds. This was the result of an appeal againsi the registration on March 31.
