METEOROLOGICAL
TO-DAY ?S REPORT. A rather complicated depression covers the Tasman Sea and Southern New Zealand. A slight low pressure centre crossed Otago last night, but a second still , covers the central and southern portion of the Tasman Sea. The forecast is for strong northerly winds of. gale force in places. Weather unsettled with rain, and further heavy falls, in places. Seas rough. UNION COMPANY’S LINE. . The Waipalii left Greymoutli yesterday for Auckland coal laden, calling at Westport to' complete. The Kaimai arrived at Greymouth yesterday from Wellington to load coal for return, sailing to-niorrow morning. The Kartigi is due at Greymoutli tomorrow from Auckland and after discharging inward cargo loads timber for Melbourne and Adelaide. The Kini was scheduled to leave Dunedin yesterday with general cargo for Greymouth"'and Hokitika, calling at way ports en route.-
