Arrangements have been finalised for a race .between Winooka and Frisky •Matron on July 29 on the Tanforan track ove r h ve and a half furlongs. Winooka will carry 1201bs, and Frisky Matron 105. Edgar Britt will ride

the Australian mount, but no rider* hgs yet been selected for the Californian mare. .-.

Winooka arrived at Tanforan in splendid condition. Her next match will be at Seattle on August 18. The distance is yet undetermined, Ibut it is likely to be six’furlongs. Winooka’s opponent is still undesignated, lljut it will possibly be a horse from the., middle west.
