PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, June 29 ' The reign of terror in the Havanah district is nearing an end, as the police; are searching for the third of three escaped convicts,, who have been preying upon villages for six weeks. Gabriel Castillo was captured after a desperate struggle with two policemen, and another, James Hinds, was found dead with a wound over the hear* The third is still at large.
