Monday’s report of the finding of the bodies of Barberan and Collar, the Spanisn trans-Atlantic fliers, who have been missing for seven days since leaving Havana, en route here, was said on Tuesday night to be incorrect. Senor Julio Alvaros del Vayo, Spanish ambassador at Minatillan. Vera Cruz, after an interview with Manual Ralcaza, who reputedly found the biidies in a wrecked plane, has notified the Embassy that there is no substantiation for the story. Balcazar was arrested and charged with giving false information. He said lie did not know anything of the fliers or the plane. He was merely repeating reports he had heard.
