MAGISTRATE’S COURT

AT H.OKITIKA THIS MORNING. In the Magistrate’s Court this morning before Mr W. Meldrum, S.M., John Hall, junr., was charged with driving a motqr car without a license, and pleaded guilty. Sergeant King e aid it, was case'where defendant had. taken, & car without, authority and later met with an accident. Tt was then found he did not have a license.

Defendant waS fined 10s and costs,

Gordon McKenzie Harcourt for failing to produce his driver’s license was fined 10s and costs. L
