ANNOUNCED FOR VICTORIA (Australian Press Association). AIELBOURNIE, June 28. Opening the State Parliament, ' Sir W. H-vine, Lieut:-Governor, stated, the Governor of ' Wrctdria' .intended to budget for a, deficit 4 of less than eight hundred thousand; unprovided in the Premier’s Plan. Therewould be a continuance of reproductive works for the alleviation of unemployment.
