MINISTERIAL VISIT
HON. J. BITCHENER. The Minister of Public Works, and Acting-Minister of 'Education,. Hon John Bitclieucr, accompanied by his secretary, Mr W. I. Deuvoll, arrived at Grey mouth yesterday from Christchurch, and last evening he. was accorded a civic welcome at the Town Hall, the Mayor (Mr J. IV. Greenslade) presiding. Later deputations were received from the Grey Power Board; froin Moana School Connn’tteo; Grey County Council, and Grey Valley Miners’ Union..
