SILVER SEARCH. WELLINGTON, June 27. Since ten o’clock this morning a large body (of uniformed (police have been searching the Maunganui for silver. Up to noon none was found. Police officers were at the gangway all lastnight to see that none was smuggled aboard. The Maunganui was scheduled to sail at three o’clock for Sydney.
