The Manchester “Guardian” save: Negotiations have begun nt London for the formation of an economic federation including Austria, Hungary, the Little Entente,\ Bulgaria and perhaps Poland.
This proposal is a counter move to Signor Mussolini’s scheme for an Austro-German Union under the Haps-, bergs, which scheme M. Daladier, French Premier, ha,s practically killgd. The federation will probably take, the form of a customs union, or a low tariff agreement, and will possibly include -a 'currency agreement.
