PRESS COERCED REPORT RE STRANGE PLANE. ‘ (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyrigh t.) BERLIN, Juno 24. The newspapers have been ordered to print prominently on their front pages an official report that “foreign aeroplanes of an (unknown type” appeared over Berlin during the afternoon, and dropped pamphlets in,su.!Fng to the Government. The Air Minister, Captajn flooring, said that >a.s their air police do not possess aircraft, several sporting machines, pursued them, but could not overtake the intruders. Newspapers also have been ordered to publish an official statement strongly protesting about Germany's dei'enaclexsncss 'in the air. The statement adds; “Pamphlets were dropped to-day. High incendiary bombs may be dropped to-morrow. Why have we no aeroplanes?” Nobody seems to have 6 een the mystery aeroplanes. Both the air police and the aerodrome authorities declare that they have no knowledge o,f them. CATHOLIC PAPER SUSPENDED. GERMAN YOUTH DISCIPLINE.
MUNICH, June 24
The “Bayerischa Kurjer,” official organ of the Catholic People’s party, has been suspended for a week for reporting the arrest of priests, which, m conjunction with the .arrest of Catholic editors, is deemed to be the prelude to the banninsr of the party several members of which have' already been dismissed from (State and municipal employment. Persons in preventive .custody must bear the cost of their imprisonment.
The Minister of Education caused a surprise when be .announced the intention of establishing' Universities on the .lines of Oxford and Cambridge. He a elded that Germany needed a young generation with an iron discipline, ready to obey the Interests of the common welfare, in which the new universities would play a special part.

The “Daily M'il's” Berlin correspondent says : The Government are granting a bonus of 250 s per baby to the newly-wedded couples who secure the housekeeping loan of fifty pounds .announced on June 2. .A quarter of the .loan will be remitted on the birth of the first child. Four children will •wipe out the entire loan. The loan will only be granted in return of whole hearted support of the Nazis' catise. . . DICTATORSHIP FOR DANZIGDANZTG, June 25. An enabling Act. empowering the Nazi Government of the Free City of Nanzig to promulgate and enforce laws, without recourse to Parliament, has been passed bv the new Diet by fifty votes to nineteen.
