From Unemployment .Board, Wellington, general circular regarding working of prospecting scheme, setting out in, detail particulars required, returns to be rendered, and taking, all' matters concerning scheme into consideration. —Received. The chairman said the circular’ was a comprehensive one and called for the attention of the officers. The letter was referred to the County Cleric and staff fo r , the necessary attention.
