SPECIAL VOTE IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June .23 Sir Hilton Young announced in the House of Commons that a .supplementary estimate for £500,000 would he introduced for assistance in depressed areas, in lieu of the suggested scheme whereby the more opulent’’areas should assist those less prosperous.
