Leonard Otto Hardy, 20, Eric Nor-, (man Vincent, 32, and William Regijnald Hamilton, 32,. were charged to--day with breaking into the promise? of the West End Costume Company I -last Friday night and stealing coats, dresses, and costumes valued at £BS. j They were remanded. Bail was reifused.
