': THREE MEN REMANDED. , AUCKLAND, June 21. j While on duty early this morning at jOnehunga a constable heard a noise, j inside a grocery store. Later lie met in. man. with a swag and arrested him. iOn returning to the store lie saw a second man, who jumped over a fence .and escaped. In tlie Magistrate's Court | later Stanley Eugene GiLsun, aged 28, iwas remanded on a charge of theft. Leonard Otto Hardy, 20, Eric Nor-, (man Vincent, 32, and William Regijnald Hamilton, 32,. were charged to--day with breaking into the promise? of the West End Costume Company I -last Friday night and stealing coats, dresses, and costumes valued at £BS. j They were remanded. Bail was reifused.
