SOVIET DEMAND
FOR RE-OPENING OF RAILWAY. ARMED FORCES CONCENTRATING (United Press Association —By Electric Teiegr aph— Copyright) SHANGHAI, June 22. Point is given by despatches from Harbin to a- demand which the Soviet is making for the re-opening of the Chinese Eastern Railway for through traffic. S'uch traffic has been suspend, ed.as the result of the dispute over confiscated rolling stock, wlnch is being retained by Siberia. The Harbin despatches state that that large Soviet forces, including tanks and sras units, are concentrating in the vicinity of Barbash, Lake Kiuhkailm. It is also stated that the Soviet is evacuating and donortiug from Western Siberia all the citizens -f fh.e frontier zones whose reliability is somewhat doubtful.
