Thomas to Buckingham Palace, where' he was attending a royal banquet to King Feisal. They failed to interview him, but they left a letter. Later in the evening they surged round the Prime Minister and Mr Thomas when they alighted for a reception at Londonderry House to members of the London Conference. The women talked excitedly, but neither Minister replied to them. The police intervened.
