GERMAN DELEGATES WITHDRAW ALLEGED INSULTS AT MEETING. (United Press Association—By Eleetrio Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 'Time 20 at 2.14 p.m.) GENEVA, June 20. A crisis has arisen at the Labour Conference. The Germans withdrew in default of an explanation of the Conference attitude to Ley. They also protested at the failure of the chairman to protect Germany from insults at the tsession workers’ group. It is officially stated that the Germans have not complained to the President regarding the -alleged offensive remark. No affront w r as offered Germany at any meeting of the Conference ot committees.

The unofficial meetings from which Ilie, Gormans- complained they were excluded were private.
