REPLACING FRENCH IN TURKEY. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Juno 17. The Turkish Government has decided that English instead of French shall be the principal foreign language teught in new Government colleges that are opening later in the year, including Gliazi College, Angora, where there are to be three English professors.
