It was decided to ask testers who are organising group, to have all their organising done by August of each year,, in order to ha vie a report ready fort/the August meeting of the executive.

■i. On «a. vote being taken .it was unonimouply decided tliat the shield and cup competitions be continued. It Was decided that the testing! season be extended to June 30, from May 31.
