Totara Bridge.—Regarding the Ro.s railway works, our correspondent says that nearly all the piles for the bridge are driven, and the permanent way is also carried up to site of the bridge. There is now nothing , to prevent the completion of the line up to the station in the course of a few months. This is good news, but there can be no, denying that the whole Work, from first to last, ha s been characterised by inexusable diiatoriness. •
