APPEAL COURT

TWO DECISIONS. (Per Press Association—Copyright). WELLINGTON, June 15. Reserved decision was given by the Appeal Court this morning, in the case of Iverridge- v. Girling Butcher, (heard on 28th. and 29th. March), in favour of appellant. The Solicitor-General applied for leave to appeal to the Privy Council. The court adjourned this application. In the case of Lysnar v. National Bank (March 20th. to 24th.), a. majority of the Court \ Justices Reed land 'Smith) held the appeal should be dismissed. Justice Ostler said he was of the opinion that the appeal should be allowed.
