TO-DAVS REPORT. Tho shallow depression located yesterday, morning over, the southwest .Tasman Sea deepened somewhat .as. it mover. eastward across the southern portion of the Dominion last 'night, causing the weather to become more of a westerly type. Another anticyclone follows.

The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds with southwesterlies prevailing; scattered showers at first, hut weather improving. Seas smooth to moderate.
