The. bout between Bert Lowe and George Mac Ewan, Dunedin, to-night, witnessed one of the most willing bouts .ever seen locally. A •feature nr the bout was the game showing by Mac Ewan, who was beaten badly in (practically every round,- and fought the final four almost out on hi s feet. In a ten round preliminary between G'haili© Buckley. Dunedin, and Dave •It i chardson, Timaru, Buckley won on a technical knock out in the ninth iround.
