BRITISH ROYAL AIR FORCE. INCREASED' STRENGTH PROPOSED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). ; LONDON May 23. In the House of Commons this afternoon. Mr R, J. Boothhy (Con. Aberdeen) asked whether, in view of the present .situation in Europe, !,the Government would increase the Air Force to bvino- Great Britain to the oneO Rower, standard.
The Prime Minister, * Mr Ramsay MacDonald, replied that the subject could not be considered apart from tlie result of the Disarmament Conference. The Government has never made a secret of the fact thalj. a great deal depends on the attitude and views of Germany.
