Litvinoff, the Soviet Foreign Minister, is arriving in London before the World Conference opens for a talk with Sir J. Simon, at which he hopes to regularise AngloSqviet relations. The Soviet is willing to release Thorndon and MacDonald, the Vickers engineers. The condition for this wonifl lie the removal of the British embargo on Russian goods. It is belieyed., that Thornton and MacDonald would be released before M. Litvinoff/s, - arrival in London.
