Red, white and Him identity cards are being- issued in Chittagong to youths between the ages of 12 and 25, to enable the authorities to keep complete record of tho.;e from whom terrorist re mils ora drawn. If a .youth is discovered without his card after June 29 when challenged by the military police control, it will be an offence.
