LONDON, May 24. The National Board representing the owners.-aiijd, of the mercantile marine has sent a resolution to Mr W. Runcinian in connection with the world economic conference, pointing out that one third of Britain’s seamen are tmemployeif, and urging the Government to do its utmost to remove the disabilities to British shipping resulting from foreign subsidies and flag discriminations.
