The Liberal Party at its conference at Scarborough decided, by a 1 Age majority, that the Liberal • Rarliamen,tary Tarty, which at. present sits on the Government side of House, shall he adsed to cross the. floor, as constructive criticism of the Government’s measures policy would be elfectivey presented' from the; ••Opposition •benches. -.1 •
