The Association of New Zealand Art Societies wrote to the Government asking that facilities be offered New Zealanders to submit designs for , the new coinage, and to prepare the dies to be used in minting. Mr Coates has replied that the suggestions embodied in the Association’s resolution will receive the fullest consideration.
