BARCELONA, May 20,

Four bandits in a local train near here attacked a railway official carrying £3,400, as the train was entering a tunnel. They secured the greater part or the money. Thi robbers then pulled the communication cord, and left the train at the exit of the tunnel. They leapt into a waiting motor ear.

The police fired from the train, and the bandits, and their confederates stationed near the tunnel mouth, replied, injuring four of tiro passengers. The bandits n'l —c'icd.
