TEA RESTRICTION
NEW REGULATIONS IN FORCE

The tea restriction scheme was officially enforced to-day, prohibiting the export of tea seed. with effect from May 26, and restricting the export of tea, including green tea, to consignments covered by licenses issued by the Government. ■
