'Ssarle, who is .40, years.,of age, is old hoy of Wa-itaki High Schol and Otago Uniyprsity. He served in the war and was awarded the N.Z.E.F. scholarship. ia.t Cambridge, where lie cpialified for B.A. and M.A. and was awarded F.G.’S. (London). He also holds M.'S.O. degree (N.Z.) .In addition he is the possessor of outstanding athletic and rifle shooting records
