The Lord Mayor of Dublin received a very unusual visitor at the Mansion House. She was' Princess Übangi, a -pighiy -ehieftainess from the Übangi Forest, Central 'Africa. The Princess Übangi was given a ceremonious ..welcome by the- - Lord Mayor, who invited her’to inicribe her naiheifi the'visitors’ book, and presented her with a box of chocolates.
The tiny guest—she is only 30in. in height—on leaving shook hands with everybody,' touching, her forehead to each, but to the Lord. Mayor slie,bowed her knee. Her-skin colour is Might brown, and her hair long and straight. She dees not speak English, but laughed a good deal, as if... highly pleased with her reception.
