According; to .the judgment of tha. Arbitration C&uyt, employers .'.whom the Conciliation Commissioner, Mr -Ritchie, gtrupk out from the grocers' dispute,, must be regarded- for the, present as. being outside the., dispute, ..The Conciliation Council may, however, decide, to join them again, clear of section 113 of the Act, but. reasonable notice •must be given before this can be done. The dispute, it is stated, conies before the Council again here to-morrow.
