WORKERS ASKED TO SUBSCRIBE.

MOSCOW, May 14
Paititulars of a new Soviet internal loan oP three thousand million roubles are announced. It is for the purpose of enabling the Government to carry out construction. plans over the second five-year period. Every worker is being inivted to subscribe at least three weeks’ salary between now and October. The loan bears interest at 10 per cent. It matures in 1943.
