PIGEON FLYING
SUPREME CLUB HOLDS RACE.
The Supreme Flying Club successfully flew a- short race from Greymouth in the worst of conditions last 'Sunday morning. The birds were liberated by Mr W. McPherson at 9 a.m. and an even race resulted. The winning bird, owned by J. Lawn, travelled the distance in quick time despite the weather, and trapped home half a- miunte ahead of the rest J.
