Queer circumstances are -associated with the murder of Mr Albert Ridley, the aged millionaire realtor and his secretary, Mr Lee Weinstein, in the basement of the office. Weinstein was Ridley’s second secretary to be murdered. His former secretary was killed in exactly the sam© manner by the same calibre bullet.
The police, fear that there ig no method of proving ' which died first. The murders were so carefully carried out that they are difficult to solve. Ridley,, who lived a monastic existence, left two hundred thousand dollars in 'his will to Weinstein if the lattfej. survived 'him. Weinstein left two wives who promise to sue the octagenarian’s estate for' a substantial division.
