WELLINGTON, May 12
It is announced from the Salvation Army National Headquarters at Wellington that Colonel and Mrs Levi Taylor are retiring frem active service. C’oionel Taylor has been chief Secretary for the New Zealand territory for the past four years. They leave Now Zealand on August 22 by the Monowai and proceed to Canada, where they will take up their residence at Toronto. A cable from the International Headquarters, London, states Colonel Albert W. T. Orsborn has been appointed Chief Secretnrv in New Zealand.—
