LATE LOCALS
The {linnuipl meeting of parishioners of All Saints’ Church will be held at 7.45 p.m. to-morrow (Friday). The jockeys injured at the recent Christchurch Jockey Club’s meeting, R. Coveny and A-. Rus.se,lj are -still inmates of the Christchurch Hospital. The .former is not yet off the seriously ill list, but RusseVs progress is (considered to be very satisfactory. A Eastwood is now suffering from a broken bone in the shoulder he injured, and more time will elapse before he will be able to resume riding. His brother, C.
