A case in which a woman captured and overpowered the same burglar on two occasions was related in the'Magistrate’s Court to-day, when William Frederick Garner, aged 43, was charged with breaking and entering. Mrs M. R. Hyde, who appeared as a witness said the accused had twice tried to break into her mother’s house.
